Field Service Engineer

Job Location: In-Person, $33/hour, Full-Time, Night & Overnight Shifts Available

Our client is leading sustainable transportation innovation, shaping the nation’s transit infrastructure and mobility solutions, and they want you to join their team as a Field Service Engineer.

Your day-to-day as a Field Service Engineer:

• Provide technical support for maintenance, repairs, and engineering activities.
• Analyze system performance and conduct root cause investigations.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to improve reliability.
• Deliver training programs for engineers, technicians, and staff.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and risk assessments.

Your skills and experience:

• Degree or diploma in a technical field with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with condition monitoring, failure analysis, and maintenance information systems like Maximo.
• Ability to prepare technical documents, maintenance schedules, and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
