Our client is at the forefront of designing and manufacturing ultra-lightweight wheelchairs, utilizing advanced carbon-fiber technology to enhance mobility for users globally, and they want you to join their team and as HR Manager/OHS Advisor.
Your day-to-day as an HR Manager/ OHS Advisor:
- Collaborate with HR to recruit and build a dedicated team, ensuring alignment with our company’s culture and goals
- Drive production to meet targets without compromising on quality, optimizing the use of labor, materials, and equipment
- Engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance operational effectiveness and achieve business objectives
- Manage and mentor site leadership, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high performance
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in an operations leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and implementing effective technical solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams
