Maintenance Technician

Our client is a leading provider of handcrafted smoked meats in North America, with a culture centered around teamwork and career growth, and they want you to join their team as a Maintenance Technician!
Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Technician:
- Assist production teams in resolving equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex maintenance issues
- Quickly respond to emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Conduct inspections and advise the Maintenance Manager of necessary repairs
- Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
Your skills & experience:
- Experience in mechanical or electrical environments, manufacturing or food processing preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, etc.)
