Our client is a premier contract manufacturer of innovative soap and skincare products for the specialty market, and they want you to join their team as a Production Lead.

Your day-to-day as a Production Lead:

• Coordinate, develop, lead, and support Production Operators
• Oversee and take responsibility for the manufacturing process
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the production process

Your skills and experience:

• Team leader- your patience, positive attitude, and quick thinking get the job done
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
