Billing Specialist

$22-$23/Hour Starting Rate, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, Great Benefits.
Our client produces top-quality health and nutrition products, and they want you to join their dedicated team as a Billing Specialist!
Your day-to-day as a Billing Specialist:
- Accurately enter billing info and manage follow-up on all orders.
- Set up new accounts and track orders in X3 system.
- Align with warehouse on packing and shipping schedules.
- Communicate with U.S. offices regarding order status and product availability.
- Calculate freight costs and manage backordered items.
- Maintain pricing structures and prepare client invoices.
- Provide front-line customer service and handle client inquiries.
Your skills and experience:
- Associate’s Degree or 3-5 years in data entry/Customer Service, or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Solid problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets
