We are an energetic, passionate team focused on helping companies build world-class teams in the Capital District and across Central New York, and we are looking for a talented Division Manager to launch our internal team.
Summary:
As the Division Manager for the Capital region, you will lead the division’s daily staffing operations, client development, recruitment efforts, and internal team development. We are seeking candidates with exceptional leadership, written and verbal communication skills with a heavy emphasis on sales, recruitment, teamwork, and an ability to execute at a high level to achieve division growth goals.
Essential Functions:
- Personally drive the sales and recruitment efforts, focusing on placing candidates in various industries such as Manufacturing, Light Industrial, Office & Administration, and Engineering (when applicable).
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members to build a robust commercial network.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals, driving growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales team to manage and expand client accounts.
- Work with the VP of Strategic Operations to align with ETS technology and brand standards.
- Motivate and provide clear direction for future staff, ensuring they align with ETS values and goals.
- Promote and embody ETS vision, mission, and methodology.
- Learn, manage, and implement ETS recruitment and account management best practices.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment and account management metrics.
- Resolve issues for clients and branch staff, including contract personnel.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely assignment of qualified staff to projects.
- Ensure compliance with ETS corporate policies, protocols, marketing/technology platforms, and operating procedures to mitigate risk and protect resources.
- Actively participate in ETS executive strategy sessions to establish priorities with the goal of becoming a leader in the Capital Region staffing industry.
Key Result Areas:
- Achieve sustainable revenue growth based on 2025 goals.
- Attain industry-leading Client and Candidate Satisfaction through referrals, testimonials, and reviews.
- Optimize internal Payroll, Marketing, and other technology systems at the branch level.
