Process Engineer

$60K-$100K Salary (Based on Experience), Full-Time
Our client is renowned for breaking the mold in mechanical production. This Vermont company wants you to join their team as a Process Engineer!
Your day-to-day as a Process Engineer:
- Program 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines, CNC lathes, and Mill/Turn Centers using CAD models
- Design and model customer products, fixtures, gauges, and tooling
- Collaborate with operators to develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Track and document continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Create and maintain detailed process drawings and work instructions
Your skills and experience:
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software, with experience in BobCad, MasterCam, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis for process improvements
- Excellent communication skills across various levels of the organization
- Thorough understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with safety standards, PPE usage, and compliance with AS 9100 requirements
