CNC Lathe Operator

$25-$40/Hour (Based on Experience), 1st & 2nd Shifts Available, Full-Time
Our client is renowned for breaking the mold in mechanical production. This Vermont company wants you to join their team as a CNC Lathe Operator!
Your day-to-day as a CNC Lathe Operator:
- Operate various CNC lathe machines efficiently to produce high-quality parts
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet required specifications
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy
- Use inspection tools to verify measurements and product conformance
- Follow safety guidelines and perform routine maintenance on equipment
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of CNC experience is strongly preferred
- Experience using measurement devices and SPC to ensure process control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and AS 9100 compliance
- Strong teamwork skills, work ethic, and problem-solving abilities; willing to train the right candidate
