Kitchen Manager

Our client is a new restaurant in Burlington VT, and they want you to join their team as a Kitchen Manager.
Your day-to-day as a Kitchen Manager:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow established recipes and procedures to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Schedule kitchen staff to optimize coverage and productivity
- Monitor inventory and implement cost-effective practices to minimize waste
- Ensure the kitchen meets all safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of kitchen equipment
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage service principles
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality
