Maintenance Technician

$25/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday Schedule

Our client is a solution provider that specializes in protective eyewear, and they want you to join their team as a Maintenance Technician.

Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Technician:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and manage spare parts inventory
• Lead equipment repair efforts to minimize downtime
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with maintenance protocols

Your skill set includes:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in equipment maintenance
• 3-6 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work well in a team-focused environment, prioritizing safety and efficiency
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
