Business Development Manager|Direct Hire|Extensive Benefit Package

Our client is focused on supporting the community, and they want you to join their growing team as a Business Development Manager.
Your day-to-day as a Business Development Manager:
- Support the President in overseeing business development initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain businesses
- Coordinate projects related to workforce and community development
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Plan and organize events and programs to support business growth
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience in project management and strategic planning
- Strong background in business development, marketing, or real estate is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with local organizations and businesses
