Facilities Maintenance Manager | Pay Based on Experience

$20-$25/Hour, Monday-Friday, Some Weekend Work Required
Our client is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient environment throughout each of their facilities, and they want you to join their team as a Facilities Maintenance Manager.
Your day-to-day as a Facilities Maintenance Manager:
- Oversee daily facility operations, including equipment maintenance and building upkeep
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program for the operation and maintenance of the physical plant and grounds
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance tasks
- Prioritize the safety and comfort of residents while ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and orderly
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar maintenance role
- Hands-on expertise in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in facility maintenance
- Ability to manage emergency facility issues and work occasional weekends as needed
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
