Facilities Maintenance Worker

$19.50-$25/Hour (Based on Experience), Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Our client is a top producer of specialty men’s clothing, and they want you to join their team as a Facilities Maintenance Worker.

Your day-to-day as a Facilities Maintenance Worker:

• Perform plumbing repairs, painting, and drywall maintenance
• Engage in interior construction projects and trolley rail system assembly/disassembly
• Utilize HVAC knowledge for maintenance and repairs
• Use hand and power tools to complete various tasks and move office furniture

Your skills and experience:

• Experience in basic equipment and building system repairs is required
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Enjoy physical work – Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
