Quality Assurance Manager

Our client is dedicated to delivering quality products and services to customers, and they are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join their team!

Your day-to-day as a Quality Assurance Manager:

• Oversee quality assurance activities for our largest customer, ensuring that all quality standards are met
• Manage day-to-day quality processes including promise dating, inventory management, and paperwork
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the production cycle
• Identify and address gaps in quality testing, ensuring continuous improvement
• Prepare and handle all quality-related reports and documentation

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of manufacturing and management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards is preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quality management systems
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train staff
