$28-$30/Hour, Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Our client provides energy services focused on sustainability and community ownership, and they want you to join their team as a Weatherization Crew Chief.

Your day-to-day as a Weatherization Crew Chief:

• Lead a weatherization crew in executing residential energy upgrades, including insulation and air sealing
• Supervise, train, and provide leadership to weatherization technicians, ensuring quality and safety
• Manage project scope, review plans with the crew, and ensure efficient deployment of tasks
• Communicate with customers and crew members regarding project changes and problem resolution
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, including care for company equipment and tools

Your skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in weatherization, energy conservation, or construction
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong understanding of building science, residential construction, and weatherization protocols
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights
