Weatherization Tech

$24-$27/Hour, Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Our client provides energy services focused on sustainability and community ownership, and they want you to join their team as a Weatherization Tech.

Your day-to-day as a Weatherization Tech:

• Install home energy upgrades, including air-sealing, insulation, and ventilation systems
• Review project plans with the crew chief and ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, including care for company equipment and tools
• Provide quality workmanship and exceptional customer service on all projects
• Complete necessary project documentation and participate in ongoing training

Your skills and experience:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Interest in building science, residential construction, and weatherization practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
