Our client is a nursing home dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care, and they want you to join their team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!
Your day-to-day as an LPN:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members regarding resident care and needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Your skills and experience:
- New York State Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse/CPR certification is required
- Knowledge of the requirements of the NYS Education Department relevant to Licensed Practical or Registered Nursing
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
- Strong organizational and time management skills
