Our client is a nursing home dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care, and they want you to join their team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!Â
Your day-to-day as a RN:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and respond to changes in residents’ health status
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members regarding resident care and needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs and nursing assistants
Your skills and experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Previous nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
