HVAC Technician| DIRECT HIRE|Day Shift, M-F

$20-$30/Hour, Overtime Opportunities, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Our client is a strong, local business that provides companies with a wide range of services, to ensure overall success. As they continue to grow their business and deliver excellence to their market, they are looking for a HVAC Technician.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Technician:
- Conducting HVAC installations, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Ensuring proper waste disposal and managing parts, tools, and equipment acquisitions
- Timely completion of preventive maintenance and collaborating with the maintenance team for efficient repairs
- Participating in training programs to enhance maintenance knowledge
- Managing tasks within budget and maintaining records of daily maintenance activities
- Adhering to corporate policies and OSHA rules
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience required, professional certifications preferred
- Strong communication skills, computer proficiency for documentation, and attention to detail for accuracy and confidentiality in records
- Proficient in health & safety practices and regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating equipment in varied weather conditions
