Restaurant Supervisor

$22-$26/Hour (Depending on Experience), Full-Time

Overlooking Lake Placid's charming downtown, our client has been offering a luxury visitor experience for almost 100 years and they want you to join their team as a Restaurant Supervisor!

Your day-to-day as a Restaurant Supervisor:

  • Manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and ordering
  • Provide ongoing staff training for improved service and product knowledge
  • Circulate restaurant floor to ensure service meets company standards and guest satisfaction
  • Supervise dining room setup, maintenance, and operations
  • Drive business growth through marketing, sales increase, and cost reduction efforts

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar management role is strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are required
  • Enjoy physical work – Able to lift and move items weighing 30lbs or more
  • Self-motivated leader willing to work in a fast-faced environment
  • Quick problem-solving skills and adept at managing server & guest needs
