Warehouse Team Lead

Up to $19/Hour (Depending on Experience), 1st Shift, Monday-Friday Schedule
Our client is an expert in warehousing and distributing, and are looking for a committed individual to join their team as a Warehouse Team Lead in the Champlain, NY area!
Your day-to-day as an Warehouse Team Lead:
- Work with team to perform receiving, inventory control, pick and pack, accessorial services/application to products and shipping for assigned customers
- Learn and operate software for all fulfillment transactions, inventory management, pick tickets, packing slips, etc.
- Participate in daily meetings with facility and account manager to ensure workflow is completed efficiently, timely, and accurately
- Work collaboratively to solve production, performance, quality and customer issues
Your skills & experience:
- 2 or more years of warehouse and logistics experience is required
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Computer savvy – Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Team-oriented – can effectively communicate with team members
- Customer Service skill set
