A local travel hub in Plattsburgh wants you to join their team as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic!
Your day-to-day as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic:
- Operate and transport road building and construction equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repair equipment as needed
- Complete general labor tasks around site
- Follow all safety practices & procedures
Your skills and experience:
- 1 year of previous experience in equipment maintenance and operation
- Knowledge of motor, road and construction equipment
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
