Production Supervisor

Our client is a leading distributor of industrial rubber products, and they are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team!
Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:
- Identify, assemble, and test hose assemblies to meet company standards
- Coordinate with sales staff to optimize resources and exceed customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely order completion and adherence to customer requirements
- Manage production team including scheduling, workflow optimization, grievance resolution, and process improvements
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Conduct quality inspections to meet specified standards
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience in an industrial setting
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise teams effectively
- Proficient in learning equipment nomenclature, product knowledge, and quality standards
- Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail
