$21.50/Hour, 1st Shift, 12-Hour Shift 

Our client creates plastic packaging components used by millions of consumers around the globe, and they want you to help continue their unmatched delivery performance as a Work Cell Coach.

Your day-to-day as a Work Cell Coach:

• Address and troubleshoot production problems and equipment reliability issues
• Complete production reports, purchase orders, and equipment lists
• Lead, coach, manage, and mentor shift employees, while recommending improvement processes
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and compliance policies and procedures

Your skill set includes:

• Associates degree or relevant experience supervising employees in an industrial environment is preferred
• Enjoy physical work – Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Solutions-oriented – You take a practical and logical approach to problem solving
