Here are the day-to-day highlights of the Client Solutions Manager role
- Recruitment Activities: Source, Screen, and Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with candidates. Essentially, you build your own talent pool in the manufacturing and industrial verticals
- Matching, Marketing & Placing qualified and employable talent to active job orders or client companies open to meeting candidates, by determining fit and following appropriate recruitment processes.
- Account Management: Develop meaningful and high-impact relationships with ETS client companies. Communicate with clients to ensure all of their needs are understood and addressed. Continually evaluate the client experience to ensure first-class customer service. Evaluate data trends to drive outcomes amidst a difficult hiring environment
Nice-to-Haves (but specifically NOT required):
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar
- 2+ years of business-to-business development OR retail/hospitality experience with a proven track record of positive outcomes
