A world class operation that provides turnkey solutions for the transportation industry wants you to join their team as a Production Team Lead.
Your day-to-day as a Production Team Lead:
- Ensure the availability of tools, equipment and resources necessary to carry out projects
- Coordinate the distribution of work to team members in their assigned area
- Ensure production schedules are met
- Be attentive, give feedback to employees while meeting policies and procedures
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to bend, squat and lift up to 40 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer savvy
