Architectural Designer II

Hybrid Work Environment, $63K-$86K Yearly Salary
Our client has over 150 years of architectural experience designing educational buildings that shape communities, and they are looking for an Architectural Designer II to join their team!
Your day-to-day as an Architectural Designer II:
- Manage projects through all phases all phases of design, development and construction
- Work with clients and consultants to draft presentation drawings and assemble construction documents
- Participate in project presentations and interviews
- Provide specifications and existing building conditions
- Manage overall construction administration, including submittal, admin logs, proposal requests, authorizations, change orders and more
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with 3-5 years of architectural design experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite required, with a working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A keen attention to detail
