Job Location: In-Person (Multiple Locations Available), $23–$27/Hour (Based on Experience), 1st and 2nd Shift Openings, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits

Our client is a leading manufacturer of personal care products, and they want you to join their team as a Production Lead.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 3:15pm-1:45am (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)

Your day-to-day as a Production Lead:

• Lead and support production staff to ensure efficiency and product quality
• Monitor and maintain run rates, product specifications, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly in a fast-paced environment
• Keep production lines running smoothly while supporting team development
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement

Your skills and experience:

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct respectfully
• Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure
• Energetic, flexible, and detail-oriented team player
• Previous experience in manufacturing, customer service, food service, healthcare, or education is a plus
• Open to hands-on work and solving challenges creatively
