Deb Cleary Deb Cleary President/CEO Deb is responsible for the profitable growth and management of the business while maintaining the values and standard of service that have been the foundation of ETS’ success. Deb stepped into the role of CEO, after working for 12 years alongside her mom and ETS founder, Hope Coryer as the Director of Operations and CFO. Deb is dedicated to developing a solid team of committed staffing professionals who, together with management staff will help ETS reach its fullest potential. Daniel Albert Daniel Albert CFO/Director of Operations Dan joined the ETS team in May, 2013 and brings valuable financial and operational insight to ETS. Dan spent over 10 years working in Fixed Income and Derivative markets on Wall St. and in San Francisco, during which time he earned an MBA from Rutgers University. After moving back to the Northeast in 2001, he spent 12 years as CFO of 2 manufacturing companies before joining ETS. Jesse Krell Staffing Services Manager Jesse joined ETS full-time in the summer of 2013 after graduating from SUNY Geneseo with a B.A. in Geography. During the summers of 2011 and 2012, Jesse became a key part of ETS by bringing new energy and ideas to all facets of the business. Through his drive and dedication, Jesse seeks to grow the capacity of the staffing services at ETS by improving and streamlining internal processes. Joe Shoemaker Recruiter, Professional Search Team Plattsburgh, NY Joe joined ETS in May of 2015 as a vital member of our Professional Search team. Since 2003 Joe has been systematically moving across the US from Alaska to his current home in Saranac Lake. As an esteemed member of the US Coast Guard for many years, he honed his skills as an expert in marine electronics. Joe has had sales positions as varied as boat sales to group sales at Whiteface Mountain. His super friendly personality and varied experiences makes him a perfect fit in his Professional Search Recruiting role. Joe wants to help the talent he represents succeed and grow in their careers and he’ll work tirelessly to make that happen. Nicole Cline Recruiter, Professional Search Team Plattsburgh, NY Nicole joined ETS in October 2015 as a Recruiting Administrative Assistant. Through her work with marketing the job ads she quickly became invested in both the clients and the candidates and joined the Professional Search Team as a Recruiter. Nicole works through ETS Inc. and local volunteer organizations to continue local economic growth through workforce development; she strives to foster networking among business leaders of today and tomorrow. Nicole enjoys being a part of the Professional Search Team here and marrying excellent Talent with outstanding opportunities. Del Rock Recruiter, Industrial Staffing Plattsburgh, NY Del has been with the ETS team since 1988 and has been with the company longer than any other employee. Del has seen and done it all in the staffing industry and could probably write a book about it. She’s built long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates over her long tenure at ETS. Del truly enjoys helping candidates find good interim jobs while they are in transition or helping them get to that stepping stone that will lead to a good, full-time job. Cynthia Lathrem Recruiter, Industrial Staffing Plattsburgh, NY Cyndie started working for ETS in 1997 first as a bookkeeper. Once she tried her hand at recruiting, however, Cyndie found her true calling. Being a social person, Cyndie always has the lowdown on the who’s who in Plattsburgh. She seems to know everyone and loves to get the scoop in the business world as to who’s hiring and who might be a good candidate for ETS. Virginia Seiden Recruiter, Industrial Staffing Plattsburgh, NY Virginia joined ETS in August 2012 as a retail manager for a client company. After a successful year in business, Virginia was offered a position in the ETS Staffing office in August of 2013. With her exceptional sales ability and organizational skills, Virginia has proven to be an effective recruiter. As a highly motivated member of the temp and temp to hire team, Virginia always goes the extra mile to get the job done for the clients and candidates she represents. Clare Urban Recruiter, Industrial Staffing Burlington, VT Clare recently joined the ETS Burlington team. She is a business development and recruiting professional with over 6 years in the field. Her passion for people, quick wit, and natural British charm make her approachable to all. She truly enjoys connecting with Vermonters and has been fortunate enough to make many long lasting friendships throughout her career. Clare looks forward to growing the ETS office in Burlington and continuing to form strong relationships. Jamie Shaughnessy Industrial Recruiting Assistant Jamie Shaughnessy, an area native, joins our Industrial recruiting team after spending over a decade in one of the Adirondack’s most picturesque and historic towns. A range of real world work experiences from industrial forklift operator, to medical assistant, legal writing and human resources, has given Jamie a unique perspective of the Champlain Valley. Her creative and artistic background has made her no stranger to hard work and dedication. Whether it’s building a barn out of recycled materials with her family, or in costume pursuing her love for dance, Jamie’s passion and commitment shine through. Her diverse background and experiences make her a valuable member of the ETS team, and she looks forward to advancing ETS’ mission of a Champlain Valley with unlimited opportunity. Anne-Marie Morand Office Group Recruiter Plattsburgh, NY A transplant from Montreal, Anne-Marie has a diverse professional background in Administration, HR and recruiting, making her the ideal recruiter for the Office & Administrative Division. Passionate about bringing talents and opportunities together, she is always on the lookout for the perfect candidate. Support Team Phyllis Clookey Payroll/HR Manager Phyllis Joined the ETS team in 2002 as an administrative assistant. Her attention to detail and loyalty to ETS catapulted her to the top of the HR department. She is an indispensible ETS team member. Phyllis is a payroll authority, workers comp guru, disability master, and unemployment expert. When she’s not studying New York state employment laws she can be found outside running, hiking, or cheering her daughters on in one of their many sports activities. Heather LaValley HR Specialist Heather is the newest member of the ETS Human Resources and Payroll team! After completing a degree in Business Administration at Clinton Community College, Heather began her career in the banking world. One job just wasn’t enough for her so she wore the hat of a Teller at a local bank as well as a bookkeeper and cashier at a local store. ETS successfully wooed her over to our busy back office and keeps her busy with payroll and other HR duties. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated and hard worker to join our team. Billy Davis Business Intelligence Analyst Billy joined the ETS team in March 2014 working two plus years as an industrial recruiter. His drive for process improvement combined with a diverse skillset led to his new position in September 2016. Billy oversees data collection, provides customized insights through analytics, and leverages new technologies to boost the effectiveness of ETS internal processes. ETS shares Billy’s excitement for the added value his role provides for both clients and candidates alike! Karen Rulfs Office Coordinator Karen worked in the Employee Benefits field as a Client Account Manager for 20 years before accepting her current position. She is the first person a candidate will meet when they come into our office so we want their first impression to be a positive one. Making sure they have a great experience with our company is Karen’s top priority. She also coordinates all aspects of our office to be sure day to day operations run smoothly for everyone. She is our “go to” person when help is needed. Sales & Marketing Team Ryan Lee Branch Manager Burlington, VT Ryan joined the ETS team in February 2017, taking on the leadership role of Branch Manager at our new Burlington office. Ryan came to the ETS team with five years of executive leadership experience in the non-profit sector and demonstrated success in team building, membership growth, sales, strategic planning, and building meaningful relationships. Ryan received his B.S. from St. Lawrence University and his M.B.A. from Norwich University. He is a passionate ice hockey fan/player/ref, a music junky, home-brewer, and golfer, but loves to relax and spend time with his wife, Lauren, and their puggle, Piper. Amber Parliament Marketing Brand Manager Since joining the ETS Team in February 2016, Amber has been leading ETS’ marketing and public relations efforts. In this new role, she has been developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan to increase awareness of the services ETS provides. Equipped with knowledge and experience from her previous role at the North Country Chamber of Commerce, her background in Public Relations and Content Management is a perfect fit to grow the ETS brand. Ryan Carrier Business Development Manager In September of 2016, Ryan joined the ETS team as an Industrial Recruiter. Not shortly after, Ryan was promoted to Business Development Manager after realizing his passion for working closely with clients and getting a taste for sales. His passion for connecting with people comes easily with his bubbly personality and variety of interests – devoted husband and father, outdoor enthusiast, foodie, beer snob, lover of wine, lazy crossfitter – to name a few. Not to mention his diverse background as a classically trained chef and previous work in Hospitality Operations and Management. Ryan looks forward to developing relationships as ETS continues to grow!
