No, the companies pay us a fee above and beyond your base pay. In almost every case an ETS employee makes the same starting pay as those hired directly from our client companies.

Registering with ETS is free. Our client companies pay us to find qualified candidates.
How do I register with ETS?
You can register directly on our website. Once you have completed the registration process you will be invited to meet with a recruiter. You can also visit our office at 186 US Oval in Plattsburgh and register in person. We like to meet all of our candidates face-to-face
