There is no time like the present to partner with ETS to ensure your career success. ETS offers its candidates a unique experience versus a traditional job search. When you work with us, you’ll have immediate access to our client companies and the ETS team of seasoned recruiters. We’ve been doing business in the North Country for over 30 years and we know the job market and decision makers at all of the best companies here and beyond. If you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before here’s how the process works:
When you first register with ETS you’ll fill out an ETS Profile sheet. This profile sheet will include the following information: Resume, Personal Details, Preferences, Education, Work History and Skills. To make it easier we offer an online registration, which you can fill out right from home. It is important to know that ETS never charges a fee to job seekers, our clients pay us to find you.
Interview with a Recruiter
Once you’ve completed your registration, a recruiter will contact you to set up an interview. This interview will allow you to form a relationship, helping our recruiter present you to clients. Treat this interview just like you would with a company, this is your dress rehearsal for your interview with an employer.
Dress appropriately, even though we are not the hiring company, we are your connection to opportunities so dress and act fittingly.
Bring your up-to-date resume. Be open to our recruiter’s suggestions if they ask you to change anything – like adding relevant skills you possess but neglected to include. Your resume is your first impression on a client, so take advantage of our helpful tips to improve your chances of being seen as a must-have employee.
ETS Goes to Work
After your interview with one of our recruiters, they become your advocate and represent you when new job opportunities become available. The recruiters will work to find you a position that matches your skills with a company culture that fits your personality. While our recruiters are on the hunt, keep them informed of any changes in your work status, career goals or skill set. It is important to be honest and keep the communication lines open.
Finding a Match
When your contacted by one of our recruiters about an open position, respond as quickly as possible. Many jobs need to be filled ASAP, and you don’t want to miss out on an opportunity.
